Vincent has worked across his career with the Dutch Government, the European Commission and the European Forest Institute. His work has focused on international nature conservation and environmental governance, including wetland conservation in West Africa and Russia, water management and water security in the Middle East, and strengthening responsible supply chains for timber and agricultural commodities such as soy and palm oil entering the European market. He has been based in The Hague, Turkey, Southeast Asia and China.
